As cross-border trust and estate disputes become more frequent, arbitration is taking on a greater role in resolving these matters. The recently launched Swiss TEF Rules provide a specialised framework for addressing the complexities of private wealth disputes. The panel would offer participants an early look into these new rules and their practical implications for practitioners and families alike.
